Terms of Service

By installing or using Launchtic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the software.

These terms govern all Launchtic tiers: Free (self-hosted), Agency (subscription), and Enterprise.

Launchtic is a self-hosted marketing platform, source-available under the Sustainable Use License (SUL) — a fair-code license, not a traditional open-source (OSI) license. You run it on your own server. We provide:

The Launchtic software, free to self-host under the SUL.

An optional Agency subscription that unlocks unlimited client workspaces, white-label branding, and workspace cloning at runtime via a license key.

This website (launchtic.com) for Agency subscriptions, demo access, and documentation.

We do not host your funnels, store your contacts, or manage your infrastructure. That's the point.

The Launchtic source is available under the Sustainable Use License (see launchtic.com/docs/license and the LICENSE.md file in the repository). Self-hosting, modifying, and using it for your own business is free — no key required.

Free self-hosting has no expiry and needs no license key.

Agency is a paid annual subscription. Activating a key unlocks Agency-only features on your instance for as long as the subscription is active.

If an Agency subscription lapses or is cancelled, the instance falls back to the Free tier — nothing is deleted, and reactivating restores Agency features immediately.

You may not resell or offer Launchtic as a hosted, managed, or white-labeled SaaS product to third parties without a separate commercial agreement (see the SUL for details).

You may not remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or licensing notices.

Each Agency subscription key is tied to one active instance at a time. To move it to a new server, deactivate it on the old instance first.

You may create an account on launchtic.com to manage your license. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All activity that occurs under your account.

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use Launchtic to:

Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).

Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws.

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Distribute malware or harmful code.

We are not responsible for how you use the self-hosted software on your own server. You bear full responsibility for your instance and its use.

Agency is billed as an annual subscription via Stripe — by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Your subscription renews automatically each year at the rate in effect when you subscribed, until you cancel.

License keys are delivered by email upon successful payment. If you don't receive your key within 10 minutes, open a support ticket at launchtic.com/support.

You can cancel your Agency subscription anytime from your account's billing portal. Current pricing is published on launchtic.com/pricing and may change for new subscriptions — an active subscription keeps its rate until you cancel.

Launchtic is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to Launchtic is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are a small team. Bugs happen. Servers hiccup. We'll do our best to fix things quickly.

You may stop using Launchtic at any time. Your self-hosted instance continues to work — we have no ability to disable it remotely.

We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these terms. In that case, refunds are at our discretion per the Refund Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Launchtic after changes means you accept the new terms.
