Terms of Service

By purchasing, installing, or using Launchtic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the software.

These terms govern all Launchtic license tiers (Solo, Starter, Agency, and Enterprise).

Launchtic is a commercial, self-hosted marketing platform. You run it on your own server. We provide:

The Launchtic software, licensed to you under a one-time perpetual license.

License keys (Solo, Starter, Agency, Enterprise) that unlock tier-specific features.

This website (launchtic.com) for purchasing licenses, demo access, and documentation.

We do not host your funnels, store your contacts, or manage your infrastructure. That's the point.

Launchtic is licensed under a one-time perpetual commercial license. Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable license key valid for one (1) self-hosted instance at a time.

Your license is perpetual — it never expires.

Your purchase includes 12 months of free updates from the purchase date.

After 12 months, you may optionally renew updates at the published renewal rate, or continue using your installed version indefinitely.

You may not resell Launchtic as a hosted SaaS product to third parties without an Agency or Enterprise license.

You may not remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or licensing notices.

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code.

Each instance requires its own license key. To move a license to a new server, deactivate it on the old instance first.

You may create an account on launchtic.com to manage your license. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All activity that occurs under your account.

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use Launchtic to:

Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).

Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws.

Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Distribute malware or harmful code.

We are not responsible for how you use the self-hosted software on your own server. You bear full responsibility for your instance and its use.

Licenses are sold as one-time payments. Optional update renewals (after the first 12 months) are billed annually. Payments are processed by Stripe — by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

License keys are delivered by email upon successful payment. If you don't receive your key within 10 minutes, contact us on X @launchtic.

Standard list prices, Founding Member pricing, and renewal prices are published on launchtic.com/pricing and may change for new customers. Your purchased license is not subject to retroactive price changes — only optional future renewals are repriced.

Launchtic is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to Launchtic is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are a small team. Bugs happen. Servers hiccup. We'll do our best to fix things quickly.

You may stop using Launchtic at any time. Your self-hosted instance continues to work — we have no ability to disable it remotely.

We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these terms. In that case, refunds are at our discretion per the Refund Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Launchtic after changes means you accept the new terms.
