Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Launchtic license. If Launchtic doesn't work for you, we'd rather give you your money back than have an unhappy customer.

This policy applies to one-time license purchases (Solo, Starter, Agency) and Enterprise license purchases made on launchtic.com.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You request a refund within **14 days** of your original purchase date.

You have not already activated your license key on a production server in revenue-generating use.

Your purchase was made directly on launchtic.com.

We will refund the full license amount. Stripe's payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

The 14-day window has passed.

The license has been used to actively run a revenue-generating funnel during the refund window.

The account has violated our Terms of Service.

Update-renewal payments — once a renewal year is consumed, it is non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals anytime.

If your license was purchased through a third-party reseller, their refund policy applies.

To request a refund:

1. Contact us on X at @launchtic with your order email and purchase date.

2. We'll verify your eligibility and confirm within 1–2 business days.

3. If approved, the refund will be processed via Stripe and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

4. Your license key will be deactivated as part of the refund.

We don't make refunds difficult. If you're eligible, you'll get it.

Update renewals are optional. After your first 12 months of free updates, you can choose to renew updates at the published renewal rate (from $39/yr) — or not.

If you skip renewal, your installed Launchtic version keeps working forever. You simply stop receiving new features and patches.

If you cancel an active renewal subscription within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a refund of that renewal payment.
