Software License

What you can and cannot do with your Launchtic license.

Launchtic is commercial proprietary software, distributed under a one-time perpetual license. Each license is purchased once and remains valid for the lifetime of the version it was activated on.

How licensing works

When you purchase a license, you receive a license key. Activating that key on a Launchtic instance unlocks the paid features of your tier (Solo, Starter, Agency, or Enterprise) — permanently for that installed version.

Your license includes 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase. After that period:

  • Your installed version keeps running indefinitely
  • You can optionally renew updates from $39/yr to receive new versions, features, and patches — your rate is locked at purchase
  • Your license itself never expires

What you can do

You may:

  • Install Launchtic on a VPS or server you own or control
  • Operate funnels, landing pages, CRM, automations, email campaigns, and checkouts for your own business or your direct clients (within the limits of your tier)
  • Migrate the activated instance to a different server you own (one active instance at a time)
  • Modify configuration, environment, themes, and templates within the supported customization surfaces

What you cannot do

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share your license key with third parties
  • Operate Launchtic as a multi-tenant SaaS service for end users who are not your direct clients (this requires Agency or Enterprise tier with reseller rights)
  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the platform source code
  • Remove or alter Launchtic copyright, trademark, or licensing notices in distributed system surfaces
  • Use Launchtic to operate funnels, emails, or services that violate applicable law

Tier-specific rights

  • Solo / Starter — internal use only; one license = one production instance
  • Agency — includes reseller rights: you may operate isolated workspaces on behalf of paying clients, with white-label branding
  • Enterprise — includes private modification rights for your own internal use, subject to your contract

Volume, OEM, and commercial redistribution

If you want to:

  • Bundle Launchtic into a commercial product or platform you distribute
  • Operate Launchtic as a public hosted SaaS
  • Deploy at 5+ seats or volume

you need a separate commercial agreement.
