How to activate your Launchtic Solo, Starter, Agency, or Enterprise license key.

Where to find your key

After purchasing, your license key is emailed to you. The prefix tells you the tier:

• LT-SOL-... — Solo
• LT-STR-... — Starter
• LT-AGY-... — Agency
• LT-CUS-... — Enterprise / Custom

If you didn't receive it within 10 minutes, DM @launchtic on X.

Activate in settings

1. Log in to your Launchtic instance
2. Go to Settings → License
3. Paste your key and click Activate
4. Paid features unlock immediately — no restart needed

One key = one instance

Each license key is tied to one active instance at a time. To move your license to a new server, deactivate the key on the old instance first, then activate it on the new one. This takes one click — no support ticket required.

If you need multiple production instances on the same key, contact us for volume pricing.

Update renewals

Your license is perpetual — it never expires. Your first 12 months also include free updates.

After that period, you can:

• Renew updates from $39/yr to receive new features, integrations, and patches — your rate is locked at purchase
• Skip renewals and continue running the version you have installed — forever

Renewing or skipping is your choice. Either way, you keep using Launchtic.

What happens if you skip update renewals

• Your instance keeps running normally
• All your data, funnels, automations, and integrations continue to work
• You no longer receive new features or compatibility updates
• You can resume update renewals anytime to catch up to the latest version

No paid features are ever revoked. Your license is perpetual.
