Activate License

How to activate an Agency license key — not required for self-hosting on the Free tier.

This page only applies if you're on the Agency plan. Free self-hosting needs no key, no account, and never contacts launchtic.com.

Where to find your key

After subscribing to Agency, your license key is emailed to you and shown on launchtic.com/account. Keys look like LT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

If you didn't receive it within 10 minutes, open a support ticket.

Activate in settings

1. Log in to your Launchtic instance
2. Go to Settings → License
3. Paste your key and click Activate
4. Agency features (unlimited workspaces, white-label, cloning) unlock immediately — no restart needed

One key = one instance

Each license key is tied to one active instance at a time. To move it to a new server, deactivate the key on the old instance first (Settings → License, or launchtic.com/account), then activate it on the new one.

Subscription and renewal

Agency is billed annually via Stripe. Manage or cancel it anytime — the "Manage subscription" button on your account page opens Stripe's billing portal directly.

If the subscription lapses (payment fails, or you cancel), your instance re-checks its license within 24 hours and falls back to the Free tier: one workspace stays active, extra workspaces and team members are not deleted, and everything reappears automatically the moment you reactivate.
